Brogden Legal is a Law practice formed by Justin L. Brogden dedicated to providing affordable legal services to the Boston Metropolitan area. It was established in partnership with the Lawyers for Affordable Justice Incubator, a collaboration between Boston College Law School, Boston University School of Law, and Northeastern Law School to find innovative ways of providing cost-effective legal services.

About Justin

Justin L. Brogden graduated from Oberlin College with a B.A. in Politics and Psychology. He worked as an advocate at a domestic violence shelter before moving to Boston to attend Boston College Law School. During law school, he worked as a paralegal for the GLBTQ Domestic Violence Project and interned with the Middlesex County Distric Attorney's Office. After graduation, instead of going to a big law firm, he worked as a case manager for homeless families in Boston. He has also worked with a Social Security Disability Advocacy Group and is currently a private child welfare attorney with the Children and Family Law Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services.
